Synopsis
Brent is a troubled high school senior, trying to cope with thedeath of his father. The one good thing in his life is Holly, his caring, beautiful girlfriend and his perfect date for the school prom. But classmate Lola has other ideas and what Lola wants, Lola gets. Aided by her deranged father she kidnaps Brent and throws a private party just for him; a party that includes syringes, nails and power drills where Brent must do whatever Lola demands or suffer the sadistic consequences. A must for hardcore gore afficionados, The Loved Ones is best experienced with a cinema full of horror fans, so don’t buy the DVD untilyou’ve seen this Australian masterpiece at the Film Festival.
